Vivo Sync LLC provides booking management, consultation coordination, and client communication services for tattoo artists and studios.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

2. Use of Services

By using our services, you agree:

To provide accurate and complete information
Not to misuse or interfere with our systems
Not to use our services for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to refuse service if these terms are violated.

3. Appointments & Deposits

All appointments are subject to artist availability and approval
Deposits may be required to secure appointments
Deposit terms, including transferability and rescheduling policies, are defined by the artist or studio and will be communicated during the booking process

Vivo Sync LLC is not responsible for individual artist policies but facilitates the communication and booking process.

4. SMS & Communication Terms (Twilio Compliance Section)

By providing your phone number and opting in through our forms or communication channels, you agree to receive SMS messages from Vivo Sync LLC.
These messages may include:

Appointment confirmations and reminders
Booking updates
Customer support responses

You acknowledge that services are ultimately provided by the artist or studio
Vivo Sync LLC is not liable for the outcome, quality, or experience of the tattoo service

6. Payments

Pricing and quotes are provided based on artist rates and project scope
Final pricing may vary depending on design, size, and session requirements
Vivo Sync LLC does not guarantee final pricing unless explicitly stated

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must follow the artist’s cancellation and rescheduling policies
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in loss of deposit
Vivo Sync LLC is not responsible for enforcing or refunding deposits

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vivo Sync LLC shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Any issues arising from services provided by third-party artists or studios
Any delays, miscommunications, or booking errors beyond our control

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided by Vivo Sync LLC are the property of Vivo Sync LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
